Where to put the probe:
Finding the gallbladder:
• Patient in left lateral decubitus
• Probe to head
• Start midline on liver edge, slide lateral
Sweep transverse
Sweep longitudinal
Sweeping the gallbladder:
• Sweep entire gallbladder
• Ensure visualization of GB neck
